Our checks before dispatch

At Otak’Corner, we check products before preparation to reduce unpleasant surprises on delivery.

Sealed products

TCG products, boxes and other sealed items are dispatched with their original packaging intact unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page. When a significant packaging defect is identified before dispatch, we aim to report it transparently.

Single cards and collectibles

Single cards and collectible items are visually inspected and protected appropriately before dispatch.

Figures and boxed products

Some older, imported or collectible references may show marks related to transport, storage or age. Known defects that significantly affect presentation are indicated whenever possible.

Packing

We adapt the protection to the contents of the order to limit movement and impacts during transport.
