Sega Mega Drive Mascot

The mascot for the Sega Mega Drive (known as Sega Genesis in North America) was a character called "Segata Sanshiro". He was an iconic Japanese advertising character created by Sega to promote the console in the 1990s.

Segata Sanshiro was depicted as a martial arts expert dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono, who appeared in television commercials where he taught people to play the Mega Drive seriously, sometimes in an exaggerated and comical manner. This character was a major element of Sega's marketing campaign at the time.

However, regarding a specific Sega Mega Drive mascot figure produced by Sega or other manufacturers, I have no current information on such a creation. Segata Sanshiro merchandise or collectible figures may exist, but availability may vary depending on region and release time.
